LeMaster Adapter^® Product

This patented replacement for the Caterpillar® Folded and Multi-row Modular radiator core design was developed to enable conventional aftermarket replacement of the CAT® original equipment high-fin count modular radiator designs used on their line of D-series crawlers and other heavy duty products built in the 1990’s.

The LeMaster Adapter® consists of a top and bottom heavy steel tank with the required number of nipples to match the CAT® radiator tanks exactly, along with a conventional heavy duty flat-fin (or “plate”) type radiator core to provide the needed cooling ability without the clogging tendencies of the original design. The Proliance radiator cores used for this application are constructed with heavy fins, tubes, headers and header reinforcements as standard design, and are produced only at our Dallas, TX plant.

All of the more than 50 LeMaster Adapter® models are shipped with CAT® OE rubber seals, and aftermarket oil coolers sized for the applications are available.
